Serviced my electric SmartCar. They were fast, professional, and kind. They were super fair on price. In fact, maybe even too kind about it. EDITED: I also just said goodbye to my SmartCar and bought a Volvo, because I know European Motors is here !

I cannot say enough good things about European Motor Cars. I recently needed my car repaired shortly after my husband passed away very suddenly, and they went out of their way to help me as quickly as possible. They communicated clearly, completed the work quickly, and their pricing was very competitive. What touched me most was their genuine kindness—they even gave me a condolence card and a beautiful plant. I am so grateful for the compassion and excellent service they showed me during such a difficult time. I would recommend them without hesitation.

You know how sometimes you end up at the right place at the right time? That’s exactly how my unexpected visit to European Motor Cars on my drive up from Denver to Fort Collins for a work trip felt. Miraculously, my hotel was one mile away from European Motor Cars. I drive a 2017 Volkswagen GTI that started acting up on the interstate. I later learned I was dealing with a severe coolant leak and overheating. Upon arriving in Fort Collins, I needed to find a shop I could trust with our Volkswagen given the drama these cars can be and the expertise they require. My car issues happened on a Tuesday, and I was able to schedule a 9:00 am appointment on Wednesday morning. I checked in with Wes and explained my car trouble and that I wasn't local to the area. The team was able to diagnose the problem within a couple of hours. They acquired all of the parts they needed within 24 hours and completed the repairs the following day, an incredibly quick turnaround given the issues (coolant flange, thermostat housing, water pump). Given that Wes knew I wasn’t local, he made sure I felt supported and could get back to Denver if needed. I’ll spare you the boring details, but I was able to stay

The staff and service of EMC is above and beyond!! We had been in search of a nice reliable used car, comfortable for travel, for a few years. We are from Minnesota where all used cars have an abundance of rust on their body; therefore, our preference for owning a Colorado-driven vehicle. We had test driven a few cars, thinking at first we would go with a hybrid (gas prices) vehicle, but our hearts always went back to a XC Volvo for safety and comfort. My husband had several conversations with Bob, a very friendly, personable and knowedgable guy, about a particuar 2011 Volvo. Bill and Kjerstin in Service (lovely waiting room wih treats and very clean bathroom whie waiting) were very kind and patient with us as we navigated our purchase. John (Bob's son/owner of EMC) felt like home when we closed the deal! As we were readying to return to our home in Northern Minnesota, after our month stay in FOCO, the water pump on our new-to-us vehicle failed at 5 p.m. We promptly drove over to our favorite East Mulberry sales and service, who promptly ordered a replacement, scheduing the repair for next morning. This was accomplished and we soon were on the road in comfort and confidenc

The amazing people at European Motor Cars have beautifully restored my '03 Audi Allroad several times over the decade that I've lived in FoCo. The staff are always so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I am deeply thankful to have their help and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality auto repair!
